1 on 1 with Robin

Every training session is tailored to your specific fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced client. I’ll create a program that challenges you and helps you make progress.

Pricing: Single/Dual

Single 30 min sessions = $55 + gst.

Dual 30 min sessions = $80 + gst total

Single 45 min sessions = $75 + gst

Dual 45 min sessions = $100 + gst

Single 1hr sessions = $100 + gst

Dual 1 hr sessions = $120 + gst

Group & Corporate

My group training sessions are open to individuals of all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome and I create and environment where you can feel comfortable and supported. My classes consist of weights, boxing, cardio, and mobility.

Mini group sessions (3-4 people)

45 min sessions =25 each + gst

1hr sessions =30 each + gst

Group Training (Minimum 5)

1hr sessions = $25 + gst

Corporate Group Training (Minimum 10)

1hr sessions (10-15 people) = 25 each + gst

1hr sessions ( 15-20 people)= 20 each + gst

This package is a minimum of 5 weeks sign up and minimum of 10 people

6 Week Challenge

6 Week Challenge with me (dates TBC)

Includes :

  • 3 x 1 hr group taining sessions per week.

  • In body scan week 1 and week 6

  • Fitness tests week 1, 3, and 6

  • Weekly Challenges

  • Nutrition advice

  • Before and After Pics

  • Private Facebook Group

Total package = $500 + gst
